After moving to London to pursue my masters degree, I was lucky enough to land a full-time job as a writer at a global publication. But I’d be lying if I said I was creatively fulfilled. While my professional writing career was taking off, my own creative ambitions were falling by the wayside.

By day I was interviewing authors about their books, but by night, I was stuck staring at the blank page, at a loss for how to bring the books I wanted to write to life.
