General Terms
By engaging in a creative tarot mentorship with Chelsey, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Specific details of services are to be agreed upon individually with each client.

Payment Policy
Mentorship Services: Clients will be invoiced upfront depending on the agreed payment schedule. Payment must be made before services are rendered.

1. Ongoing clients will be invoiced upon a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on their selected package. 
   
    
2. Clients who purchase a set number of sessions will be invoiced up front, ahead of the initial session. 
   
    
3. Refund Policy: All payments for mentorship services are non-refundable. Please be sure of your commitment before entering into this mentorship.
   
    
4. In the event that a SERVICE EXCHANGE agreement is reached in lieu of payment, the client will provide their agreed service/goods before the final scheduled mentorship session, or the final session will not be offered until the agreed exchanged service/good is rendered. Goods are to be shipped at the expense of the client, inclusive of any customs fees.
   
    
5. For services structured as time-based plans with payment installments (e.g., a three-month package paid monthly), clients are required to provide a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice to terminate the agreement early.

Upon providing notice, the next scheduled installment becomes immediately due, and services will continue for the duration of that notice period. If payment is not received promptly, all services will be suspended, and no further services will be provided—including any outstanding services from previous months.

Example: If a client wishes to exit a three-month plan after the first month, they must notify me in writing and immediately pay for the second month. Services for that month will be delivered as agreed. If payment is not received, services will cease entirely, even if some deliverables from month one remain outstanding.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: Prearranged appointments can be rescheduled by either party up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

1. Missed Appointments: If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule it once per quarter. Any additional missed appointments within the quarter will not be rescheduled or reimbursed.
2. No-Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled.
3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and extra time cannot be guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Guarantees and Scope of Services
No Guarantee of Outcomes: I do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our mentorship sessions. My services cannot ensure that your book will be published, agented, or achieve any other particular result.

1. Non-Predictive Tarot Practice: I do not perform predictive tarot readings. I will not draw cards to answer direct questions about the feelings, thoughts, or private activities of third parties without their consent. The inclusion of tarot as part of our services is for entertainment value only
2. Limitations of Advice: I cannot provide legal, financial, or medical advice. I am not a licensed mental health professional. If I believe you would benefit from professional legal, financial, medical, or mental health services, I will recommend you seek assistance from a qualified professional.

Service Agreement
You are purchasing a personalized, customized service that includes my time, expertise, and attention. This is not a goods transaction.

Confidentiality and Ethics
All mentorship sessions are held in strict confidence, with the exception of situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

Chelsey Pippin Mizzi adheres to a professional code of ethics grounded in client empowerment, honesty, and acting in the client’s best interests. This includes a commitment to safeguarding your creative and intellectual property.

Chelsey Pippin Mizzi agrees not to share, distribute, or publicize your work, materials, or details of the mentorship relationship with any third party without your express written permission.

Likewise, mentorship services are bespoke and designed for your personal use only. As such, you agree not to share, distribute, or repurpose any customized materials, resources, or guidance created for you—whether publicly (e.g., via social media or publication) or privately (e.g., with your clients, collaborators, or team)—without Chelsey Pippin Mizzi’s express written consent.
